Toolbars Disappear

Using Office 2003
When I open a blank e-mail in order to compose a new message, my Standard &
Formatting toolbars are missing. What I do is right-click on a blank area at
the top and then I check both toolbars to dock them at the top again. Then I
send or close the e-mail and both toolbars disappear. I want them to stay
there permanently. How can this be done?

Thank you, Karen

Hmmm...instead of repairing the toolbar from within a message window (at
least that is what it sounds like you are doing), have you tried fixing it
from the main Outlook window (i.e. View - Toolbars)?

Tim, Karen,

My problem sounds similar to Karen's, but I have no idea how to fix it. Just
in the last 2 or 3 days the send, reply and forward buttons have disappeared
from my Outlook 2003 e-new message forms (blanks). I have to use the ones on
the main Outlook toolbar. Please help - my brain can't deal with unexpected
changes!

Thanks Tim - I'll give it a try.
