Standard Stationary and Signature For Company

Hello:

I would like to create a standard company stationary and signature for every
user in our organization and centrally manage this from exchange 2003 running
on a SBS 2003 Premium server.

Any ideas? The e-mails need to be in HTML format and will travel to clients
outside of the office.
