Stationary & Signatures

We've setup some lovely stationary files for our office workers,
unfortunately when they go to create a new mail message (with a default
signature set for new message), it puts the signature at the very top of the
stationary, above the company logos & headers.
Is there a way of coding into the HTML stationary template where to place a
signature? or a way of telling outlook that 'This' spot in the template is
where you start the message? Thanks

We have the same issue here. Have you figured out a solution?

We do not have our own stationary, but use those generic ones Microsoft
provides and if the user has a signature created, the graphic on that
stationary is always at the bottom of the signature file.

Thanks.

Sorry Mking, we gave up. After talking to a few people from the microsoft
hotline in our country we worked out that this is impossible due to the way
outlook handles stationary/signatures. Now the non-advanced computer literate
staff just use blank emails with the standard ugly text paragraph block at
the end of emails when needed. Only our advanced computer literate staff use
stationary (not signatures). We have a stationary template that we allow
people to copy and modify themselves (out IT does not support the template,
either you can use it or you dont). They just modify the template (after
copying localy) to include their signature details, and because they
(more-or-less) know what they are doing, they know how to click the email in
just the right spot to start inserting the 'body' of the message. That's the
best we've come up with.
