Signature & Stationary Files

Upon creating a new user account on a different machine I want all the
stationary settings as well as the signature that was set on the former
machine to be applied for the new machine account as well.

Any special file for stationary formats & signatures that may simply be
copied to a specific location for the same settings on new machine?

Yes, one folder is called Signatures and the other is called Stationery and
are both located in the user's profile.
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\
