Use the CIW to install Outlook with HTML restricted... or strip the
formatting at the Exchange server level.

Milly! What I am trying to accomplish here is no one should be able to use HTML in the Outlook Client, But need to be controlled at the client level only not server, Is there any way I can disable the mail format tab in Tools->Options in Outlook
How did you deploy Outlook? The option is available using the Office
Resource Kit for setting up your deployment.
