Remote Outlook access to E2K

Winston

Hi,

I have just upgraded Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000.
Travelling users used to be able to use Outlook to login
remotely via dial up to the Internet. However, after the
upgrade to E2k, I always get a server unavailable error.
OWA is working ok but I have users who like to use
Outlook to do their offline work and then connect to the
server to do mail exchange. Is there something I am
missing? Can anyone point me to a FAQ or kb that will
allow Outlook to do what it used to do in E2k.

TIA

You might want to post this in microsoft.public.exchange2000.general.
