I can't get machane to go into stand-by mode. I keep getting this message.

The device driver for the ‘Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft PS/2 keyboard’
device is preventing the machine from entering standby. Please close all
applications and try again. If the problem persists, you may need to update
this driver

I tryed to update driver, but it said I had the lateest driver installed

What said you have the latest driver?

Wrong place. Check the keyboard manufacturer's web site for drivers. The
ones available from where you tried are usually not the latest ones.
