Stalled Shutdown Since SP2 Install, Any Thoughts?

Since installing SP2, my computer is taking a LONG time
shutting down. It hangs on the "please wait while
shutting down" screen, then gives me the speaker "beep"
that normally coincides with the actual shutdown but
keeps on going for a couple of seconds, then it shuts
down. I haven't timed it yet but it is most definitely
longer as compared to before SP2 was installed. Any

Try Start > Run > and type in net stop spooler .
Then do your norml shutdown. Don't know why this works
but it often does.
