SP2 Shutdown Problem

I have just installed SP2 and the computer will no longer shutdown in normal
or safe mode. It stalls at the Windows is shutting down... screen. Funny
thing is it will restart if this option is selected rather than shut down.
Any Ideas???

i used the site will mentions. Fixed my slow/non shut down problem with
reference to the link to the Easy CD Creator driver fix.

Shaun - I hope someone responds to this - I am having the exact same problem.
I had the same thing happen after installing SP2 when it first came out on
another computer too. Mine will also restart, but will not shutdown at all.
HELP!!!!

PS - I do not have Easy CD or the Roxio software on here.
