sql desktop error messages when installing BCM with Outlook 2003

I upgraded outlook 2002 to 2003 with business contact manager upgrade. When I
attempted to install the business contact manager upgrade, I got an error
message that the SQL component could not be installed. On subsequent attempts
to reinstall, I got the error message to uninstall the SQL desktop server but
couldn't find it to uninstall it. Do you have any ideas?

try posting to the outlook.bcm news group. they are more familiar with BCM
issues.
