I have downloaded MS Antispyware, and found that it got
part way through its scan, then froze and crashed my
computer. When i rebooted my computer the next time, a
message box came up saying "This system has recovered
from a serious error" and giving me the optino to send MS
the error report.
In an effort to get around this, I installed Norton 2005
and PC-cillin, but neither program runs, they close
themselves when i try to begin a scan. I know they're
not working against each other because I have run them
both as the only program on my computer.
My question is how can i remove the virus(es) that are
causing my antivirus software to terminate? is there any
way i can do this???
