When I turn on my computer this message pops out: The application failed to initialize properly (0x80000003). Click OK to terminate the application. Then I try to open my Norton Antivirus to run a scan and it doesn't want to open. I use the internet and after a while the internet window closes by itself. Any of your input is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
