Hi:
Sorry my grammar, but I do not practice my grammar frequently. I just
download and install MS Antispyware yesterday. Before that, I had Spybot
Search & Destroy and Spywareblaster (the first one with his resident) and
NOD32 antivirus. After the installation, MS Antispyware scan my system. All
right. But, since then, every time I open the MS Antispyware "to see
options and appearance", but it take arround 1 minute. After this, first I
uninstall Spybot Search & Destroy and today I uninstall Spywareblaster but I
still have the same "problem": when I open the program it takes 1 minute and
45 seconds to show me the main menu.
any commentary?. I try to repair it, uninstall and install in a diferent HD
(not the default) and the same thing.

Thanks a lot and sorry my grammar please!

There should be no conflict between SpywareBlaster and Microsoft
Antispyware. With Spybot Search & Destroy, am I recalling that there may be
an active protection--teatimer??--I'd turn that off while installing
Microsoft Antispyware--otherwise, again, no conflicts.

I would recommend that you follow this set of steps:

1) uninstall Microsoft Antispyware
2) delete \program files\microsoft antispyware and all subfolders.

You will lose access to any quarantined items, history, and custom settings.

3) reinstall Microsoft Antispyware--perhaps from a new download--to be
certain of getting the .701 build which doesn't expire until July of 2006.

Be sure to turn off or disable any software on your machine which is
intended to protect software in the \program files area from being modified,
while doing the initial installation. Step 2 is the important one in the
above list--I see that you have already tried uninstalling and
reinstalling--but please try this sequence. If this fails, I think you are
still running some software which is attempting to protect the area in which
Microsoft Antispyware is being installed from modification.
