spyware that won't remove

I'm having a similar problem with 'A better internet'
transponder and IEPlugins which keep appearing when I
scan even though it is supposed to have been removed.

Hi

Restart in safe mode, press F8 during reboot just before
Windows flag screen appears.

Start MSAS and choose fullscan with all options checked.

I too am having this same issue. I run spyware daily

and it says its been removed but as soon as I go online
aurora appears? aka a better internet
