I have no idea which spyware program has hit my system, but ie explorer has
been hijacked on me, and I don't know what to do to get it back. I have
tried using Spybot:Search and Destroy, AdAware, and Spyware Blaster, but I
still keep having the same problem.
When I try to point my browser to certain sites, Hotmail and Windows Update
for example, the browser switches to a search page with the address of
about:blank, and a window pops up saying that "your computer may be infected
with spyware. Click here to download..."
How do I get rid of this crap? Is there other spyware removal programs that
work.
