Spyware infection warning

How do I get rid of the continuous spyware infection warning I'm getting. I
already have 2 spyware programmes, but there's a small red circle with a
white cross that keeps appearing saying "Windows has detected spyware
infection........click here to protect your computer from spyware". When I
click on it, nothing happens, but the message keeps appearing & it's driving
me barmy!

I would try using MS windows defender and if you are not already Adaware and
Spybot Search & Destroy. I think the message you are getting IS spyware, so
don't click on it again.

You may need to run your anti-spyware programs in safemode.
