spyware or not

In my msconfig are 2 files for VT Timers for Windows Start-up
which have names in chinese symbols.
On the right it says SOFTWARE\Microsoft\CurrentVersion

They are not enabled, but I wonder why such files are in msconfig
Could they be spyware?

I am running WindowsXP Prof.XP2
