Spyware not responding

[Trigger]

As I scan with Giant, at 6369 (registry keys) the scan
locks up and eventually says Beta not responding. It is
usually in conjnction with the identity of Common Name
Search Hijacker.

Any suggestions what I can do, I have to open task
manager and close the task.

Looking for help.

Try booting to Safe Mode and doing a Full System scan from there :
Starting your computer in Safe Mode

Do at least 2 scans from within Safe Mode.
