scan stops during registry

[Trigger]

at 6369 in the registry scan, the scan stops. it seems to
get locked on a file browser helper object {00000000-0000-
0000-000000000000}....i have tried in safe mode as well,
and it cannot pass this file, ...
i have also uninstalled and reinstalled beta.
Running nav and zonealarm xp sp1
Any suggestions.

In MS Anti Spyware, try going to Advanced Tools / System Explorer and in the
IE BHO section, can you see that entry there? Can you remove it? If so,
remove it and run the scan again.

I have tried that and I can not remove it although it has
a red x through it.

Hi Trigger - That CLSID is usually (although not solely) associated with the
commonname toolbar parasite. See here for manual removal directions:
