Spyware help

Ive tried many programs including Spybot and Ad-Aware, I have put up my
firewall, but this was all recently so I have spyware on my computer and I
keep receiving pop ups and everything else thats annoying about spyware.

I was told that by using system restore it would clear the spyware. Is this
true?

Considering that, I dont really know how to use the program on my computer
for the system restore because it says to create a restore point, but i dont
know when spyware first came into my computer.

Can anyone help Im terrible at computers.

Hi,

System Restore can work only if you have enabled it and have existing
restore points on your computer. Click on start menu | Programs | Accessories
| System Tools | System restore and then click restore my system to an
earlier date. Then follow instructions of the wizard.
