Did you check your clock?
Boot in your bios setup screen and make sure the time and date is right
in there. Then boot back to windows and make sure all your time date and
time zone settings are all correct.

I had the same on WinXP with all SP and updates .
Tried on W2k and it works fine.
Nothing with the clock.

Mark - see my response to anonymous--further down the thread. This error is
caused by choosing a non-default date format.

This is a known bug which I'm confident will be fixed.

This happens because you have set a non-standard display format for
dates.

In XP, go to Control panel, Date, Time, Language and Regional options,
Regional and Language options, and, on the regional options page click
customize, click on the date tab, and, I believe, choose the first item on
the lists for short date format and long date format.

Check for DEFAULT date regional settings for your locale
As a rule, nothing wrong here with your BIOS/CMOS clock

Many localization issues (including this one) are on point to be fixed soon.
