spynet for analysis

in my advanced tools under lsps i found:
BMI over [MSAFD Tcpip [TCP/IP]]
BMI over [MSAFD Tcpip [UDP/IP]]
BMI over [MSAFD Tcpip [RAW/IP]]
All it says about this stuff is that it is a third party.
it doesnt have a publisher, file name, path, version, or
description. and i cant send it over for analysis. What
is it? should i be conserned? should i get rid of it? if
so how?
