IE7 cannot display the web page

WINXP PRO SP2 : Both IE7 & Firefox are just displaying "cannot display the
web page"
Running the Network Disganostics shows :

I've tried disabling firewall & antivirus but no change.

Is the problem easy to fix (I am only a basic user ) - will a Restore of
WinXP fix the problem?
