Spybot problem

Hello
I am trying to download the spybot search and destroy, I have it on my
desktop but when I try and install it on my computer, I get this message.
D:\Program file\Spybot - search & Destroy\SD Helper.dll
An error occurred while trying to copy a file. The source file is
corrupted. Retry, ignore to skip this file(not recommended) or abort. I did
retry but nothing happens so I aborted it. Has anyone got a answer please
and I hope it is not too difficult to fix, as I am not that good with a
computer, Thank you.
 
Did you turn off your anti virus auto scan before attempting the install?
