SpyBot: missing file?

Thanks to those who suggested I load and run SpyBot. It found several
spyware apps that AdAware had completely missed.

However:

1. Despite running SpyBot a few times yesterday and today, those background
attempts to connect to a couple of porn sites continue. I shall now try
HiJackThis.

2. When loading, I got an error message to the effect that SpyBot couldn't
find the file "framedyn.dll" and that I should re-install it. The file was
on my computer -- in \Windows\System32\wbem\ and in
\Windows\System32\dllcache -- so I just copied it into the SpyBot program
folder, and it seems to have worked.

I have had the same problem before.

I had tried also this way, with no avail.
Now the Mike's tip worked
