I'm with my friend on network can any one of my friend see (my computer
partition) without sharing any partition on my computer?

If true?

What program can do that?

What can I do to prevent spy?

How do I know that my computer is access by any one ?

Thank you

If your networked friend has Admin access to the network, then he/she
probably can access your folders, and there is nothing that you can do
about it unless YOU also have network privileges.

I'm not a network guru, so wait for other answers.

there are many methods
that people could use to
see your computer remotely.

and most of the time it is
because people install software
that overrides windows security
features.

no one here can say what all
you have installed or what you
are doing with your pc.

however, you should have
all your windows updates
installed, as microsoft is constantly
looking for flaws and vulnerabilities
that can be used in a malicious manner.

further if you use the windows firewall
then set it to don't allow exceptions and
ensure there is only one network
connection checked under the advanced tab.

next, you might want to run
this:

What will cleaning the registry do to increase the security or lock down
the OP's computer? You may have well told him to go jump in a lake...
it would accomplish more or at least it would present no risk of damage
to the OP's computer!

When both Administrator and all of the user accounts are password protected,
it is highly unlikely. Don't take my statement wrong. A highly skilled hacker
could probably get in..
