Hi!
Whenever I enter an unknown web address, the result page redirect to
http://www.spotresults.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi?keywords=www.belco.com.vn

Is it a spyware like BuyDomain or not? I use MSSpyware Beta 1 to scan for
any infected but nothing was found.

If it's hijacked your search page/engine and you do not want it to do
that, then it's reasonable to assume it is malware. Try this:
Open Windows AntiSpyware, click on the Advanced Tools icon. Under System
Tools click Browser Restore. Check the settings for Search Page, Search
Page (All Users), Default Search, Customize Search, and Search
Assistant. Change the one that refers to the site you mention to a
Search engine of your choosing. (Default/Customize/and Search Assistant
*should* contain spotresults.com.)

Now click the Spyware Scan icon at the upper right. Put a check next to
Full System Scan, and make sure that all 3 boxes under it are checked.
If you have more than one partition or HD click the link next to scan
Drive/Folders and select them all. Then scan the system.
If anything is found reboot to Safe Mode and scan again or until nothing
is being detected.
