keyloggers & adware

Spy Sweeper found 1 Windows Keylogger and 3 PeopleonPage
adware programs on my computer but it would not remove
them. I scanned my computer with Microsoft's Anti-Spyware
Beta and it didn't find any of the infections. Is
Microsoft's Anti-Spyware program capable of finding these
infections? If not, which other programs should I use? I
already tried Ad-Aware, SpyBot Search & Destroy, Spyware
Doctor, and Registry Mechanic.

I agree with the other response. Get all the details you can about the
threat that Spy Sweeper says it found--and check those details carefully,
ideally with the aid of some support folks. False positives are a problem
for all antispyware applications.
