Persistent spyware

I have a spyware problem that I have not been able to
solve.

After I run Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta 1 and reboot, the
SearchMiracle.EliteBar tries to install a Browser Helper
Obect, despite the SearchMiracle.EliteBar, with 2 Spyware
files infected and 51 Registry Keys removed on the scan
just completed.

Then when I run Spybot, that finds and removes DSO Exploit
(5 entries) and Elitum Elite Bar (1 entry). When I run
Pest Patrol, nothing is then found.

I then tried running Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta 1 again,
and while scanning, popups started arriving, from:
www.partypoker.com, hangoutspot.com, ads.inet.com,
ads.1revenue, 21.adserve.com, oz.adclick.com,
its.images.meta..com.

When I run HyjackThis, I find C:\Windows\system32
\eliteuge32.exe that looks suspicious, but HyjackThis does
not remove it and I can't find it on My Computer to remove
either.

Any suggestions?

Boot into SAFE MODE and run the scans again.
When the scans finish, double check with HiJackthis.
If C:\Windows\system32\eliteuge32.exe is still there,
delete it.
