spoolsv keeps stopping

Hi,

I have a problem with my spool service. It keeps stopping.
I've emptied system32\spool\drivers\w32x86 & system32\spool\printers
I deleted my printers, now i cant reinstall them.
I used to have a lexmark, so i've removed all the drivers and edited the
registry, removing anything to do with lexmark, and any other printers.
However it's made no difference.
in my registry I still have 2 keys
\LEGACY_LEXBCES
I can't remove them, I just get error while deleting key

any ideas

Change the permissions on the registry key so you can delete them

Thanks Alan,
I've now removed the 2 LEGACY_LEXBCES keys,
However it hasn't solved my problem.
spoolsv still shuts down when i try to add a printer

verify all the system binaries are correct. If something needs to be
corrected you will be prompted for media.

in a command window

sfc /scannow
