Spoolsv.exe error

Error Message
"the procedure entry point GetPrinterA could not be
located in the dynamic link library spoolss.dll" I get
this everytime the spoolsv.exe runs at startup and it
gives you and OK button.

How can this be fixed????

It's very posssible that an older (Windows 9x) application
is trying to call a procedure in the Windows 9x version of
the Dynamic Link Library (DLL) that is unavailable in
Windows 2000. Check and see what is running at startup.
