Spoolsv.exe causes High CPU utilization after SP4 applying

After W2k SP4 applying, Windows 2000 server has
experienced high CPU utilization (100 percent permanently)
provocated by spoolsv.exe service. I´ve removed SP4, but I
haven´t reverse the situation anymore. No event ID
occurred. If you have any fix for this issue, please let
me know.

Are any of your clients Pre XP SP1? Use a sniffer, netmon, and/or perfmon
to check network traffic and/or nbt connection traffic to the server. Never
found the cause, but upgrading clients to XP made the problem go away. Once
the offending workstation was found, stopping and starting the spooler
service made the problem go away, at least temporarily.
