We have an issue regarding the above error in an SBS2003 environment (9
desktops & 8 laptops).

All the Desktops & 4 Laptops run XP-Pro. There are 3 laptops running
XP-Home & 1 running MCE. In case it makes a difference... the desktops are
using the Domain but none of the laptops are.

The error "spooler subsystem app has encoutered a problem and needs to
close" only occurs on the 4 x laptops that aren't running XP-Pro, and I
suspect (trying to confirm or negate) that the issue requires me to upgrade
them all to XP-Pro.

Hoping someone can assist.

I probably should have mentioned that each of the laptops having the problem
have the same two printers installed as everyone else... and they both have
their own fixed IP address in the range provided by the server... ie:
192.168.16.100 & 150 respectively.
