Spooler Sub System turned office

I have two networks; home & work. Both networks have printers I can see each
printer, but when I attempt to print, I get an error message. Please help.

Have you checked to see if your spooling is turned on in Services?
Goto--- the Control Panel--Administrative Tools--then Services, scroll down
to Print Spooler and double click on it. See if its enabled, if not then
enable it. Or start it.
