Spontaneous restarting

I had a SCSI hard drive go out on me yesterday, and while it was still in the
computer, I would get the "no operating system found" message on restarting.
I pulled the bad drive out today, and I can get into windows, but after
around 10 minutes or so, the computer just restarts. I really don't know
where to start to fix this.
