Split-Brain DNS

I'm not exactly sure how to set this up completely. Could someone instruct
me on what needs to be implements in order for this scenario to work?

"Shadow DNS" is a better term.

Setup one DNS server (set) on the Internet -- best to let you ISP or BETTER
your DNS Registrar manage these servers. Registrar is best since you
can
usually manage the actual records yourself (in a web interface.) Place
ONLY
external records in this external version of the zone.

Setup the SAME ZONE (with another master, e.g., Primary or AD-integrated
set)
internally with all the external AND internal records.

It is really TWO ZONES with the same name.
