Not in Windows Mail.

I believe that Windows Live Mail includes one, but hidden so you'll
have to ask how to find it it the following newsgroup:

microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop

I think there were some questions about whether this variety of
spelling checks works properly for that type of English, though.

Adding English(UK) as an additional Spell Checker in Windows Live Mail

Microsoft Locale ID values

I made Windows Live Mail work for Portuguese of Brazil. Look for
"Instalação do revisor ortográfico do Português do Brasil no Windows Live"
in the newsgroup named above.

They don't seem to have worked out yet, where Vista Mail keeps its spell
checkers, but if you know the dictionary names you should be able to find it
with Search. Look in %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Proof, it may be there. The spell checker for
Windows Live Mail is compatible with Office 2003 and earlier. It appears
that Vista Mail is the same.

Good luck,

Earle
