SpellCheck limitations & errors

I'm finding key grammatical errors set up as default "rules" in the Spell
Check option. Most insidious item: Spell Check is incorrect about it's/its.
Here's the ACTUAL rule: it's = it is; its = possessive pronoun. Example:
It's rather frustrating to be erroneously corrected by a software program.
Its limitations set up obstacles in communication.

Change is needed. Make it so.

That's actually an office issue not outlook...

If the problem is with autocorrect, delete it from autocorrect.
