Why does Outlook Spellcheck accepted the word 'sic'?

The Spellcheck feature of Outlook has accepted a mispelled word. Can you
make an adjustment to this. I mispelled the word six with sic and spellcheck
did not point it out to me that is was mispelled.

"sic" is a word, just one not usually used.
