I have Word Perfect 10. It has a spell check in it. The
question is, how do I incorperate the spell check in Word
Perfect into my Outlook Express? Is there a certain thing
I need to do in order for it to work in Outlook Express.
It is in Outlook Express but is dim and does not work.
Any help I would like. I guess if there is no way of
doing it I can get a seperter spell check that stands
alone. Thanks so much. Have learned so very much from
coming here.

To check the spelling in messages

Outlook Express uses the spelling checker provided with the following
Microsoft Office programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft
PowerPoint. If you do not have one of these programs installed, the Spelling
command is not available.

So the answer is, with just Word Perfect, you don't. You need some from
Office to get it.

Spell Checker for OE 2.1

A free program, made to allow people to use Spell Checker in Outlook
Express. This is a stand alone application, that incorporates in Outlook
Express.

The purpose of this program, is to supply for free the ability to use
Spelling in OE, without the need to purchase other software, such as MS
Word,Works, or Office.

Sorry, you can't. WordPerfect's spelling checker won't work with
Outlook Express.

Neither Windows XP, nor any other version of Windows, has ever
come with a Spell Checking facility. Outlook Express uses the
spell checker that comes with Microsoft Word, (or another
Microsoft Office program) if you have it installed.

If you don't have Word or Office installed, you probably don't
have a spell checker you can use. However there are several
downloadable freeware/shareware alternative spell checkers that
work with Outlook Express and Outlook. Since I have no personal
experience with any of these, I'll let someone else recommend
one.

Greetings --

Outlook Express, as you've discovered, has no spell-checking
capabilities of its own. Instead, it relies upon the presence of
other Microsoft applications, such as the Office Suite, Word, or the
Works _Suite_ (which includes Word, not the regular Works). There are
also some 3rd-party shareware/freeware solutions available at any of
the many shareware sites on the Internet

Corel did not design WordPerfect's spell-checker to be compatible
with OE.

Spell Magic seems well thought-of, though I haven't tried it myself:
