Spell Check inaccesable in OE

Spell Check operates normally in MS Word 7. However,
when I try to use Spell-Check in Outlook Express. it does
not work and instead I get: "An error occurred while
spelling was being checked."

Configuration seems to be OK, but I still can't get the
spell-check to work in Outlook Express

I downloaded and installed the program at

http://www.majorgeeks.com/article.php?sid=2952&cat=10A,
just as you suggested and Outlook Express does the spell
