Speeding up or slowing down

Just wondering... while making a video with Movie Maker
2, is there a way to slow down or speed up the video, so
that you can have part of the video in slow mo, or part
going fast?

just discovered that you can speed up and slow down with
the video effects. In that section, there is an option
for both speed up (2x) and slow down (slo mo). You
highlight which effect you want, then drag it down to the
clip you want to use it for in the timeline. A star
should appear on that clip in the timeline indicating that
the effect is now in use. HOpe that helps!
