relative to the other question:

i know portuguese is not available in speech recognition, but can i use
recognition speech in a windows vista portguese edition? for exemple: use
windows in portuguese and use english voice commands to control the computer.

This question pops up from time to time. The answer is "yes" if you have the
Ultimate or Enterprise version of Vista (that's how langauge packs are
licensed) they're availiable for download through Windows Update. For more
