Speech Recognition Message

When FrontPage 2002 starts, the following message
displays:

"Microsoft FrontPage can't load Speech Recongition files.
This feature is not currently installed. Would you like
to install it now?
Yes No"

I will never use the speech recognition feature. How can
that message be prevented from displaying?

Re-install FP2002 using the Custom install option, select to not use this
option.
