Specifying Sent Items Folder

B

Brian

Hi everyone,

We are using Outlook 2003 SP3 and Exchange 2003 server. One of the users has
access to an account that is shared. He normally has both his personal
account and the shared account open at the same time. He can send on behalf
of this shared account fine, however when does that, he would like the
message to be placed in the sent items of the shared account rather than his
own . That way, all the people who share the account can look up what was
said. Is this possible? Looking at the rules, once you choose to apply the
rule when the message is sent, there is no option to act based on who is the
sender of the message.

Thanks,
Brian

Can you use words in the body - ie, if he uses a specific signature for that
mailbox, use words from the sig. Or assign a category and use that as the
criteria.
