Specific Word 2007 document doing spell check is Spanish?

Periodically i receive a Word 2007 document from a student. When I spell
check the document it finds words it things are spelled wrong in spanish.
All my students are amerians writing in English.

All my other student submisisons I can do a spell check with no problem and
it finds only misspelled english words.

How do I set this one student's grammer and spell checker so it checks in
English?

Thank you for your quick response.

I did CTL and A, annd it highlighted all the text. However, how do I now
set the language to English? I read the reference you sent, but still cannot
understand how to set it to English after I do CTL A?

Suzanne, thank you! I was slow, but I got it. In my own set of
documentationed I updated it with your help to :

Select the text e.g. Ctrl+A and set the language to English (U.S.).

Once the text is selected you do a Review/Set Language, and click on English
(United States) to highlight, then click OK.
