Specific pop up...please help...

Hi,

I have a pop up blocker installed on my computer. It blocks most pop ups but
for the past month I have been getting this same pop up continuously. I get
it about every 2 minutes while I am online. I don't know how to get rid of it
and I hope someone can help me. I have spybot search and destroy on my
computer..and everything else that blocks pop ups...I am just lost with this
one. Here is the web address..and it is the same everytime:

Sometimes the numbers after the ? are different. On the top of the pop up
box it always says "Cannot find server" and is from Microsoft internet
explorer

What can I do to get rid of this. I also have tried a system restore but my
computer won't restore to the date before this pop up started. Any advice
would be appreciated. Thanks....
 
Have a look in windows firewall |exeptions tab [if you use it], see if it
is allowed there if so uncheck it.
