Bar none, the finest 2.1 system that you can imagine is Cambridge Soundworks MegaWorks 215. An 8" subwoofer with 150 watts, and two satellites with a 1" tweeter and a 5 1/4" midrange/bass driver driven by 60 watts each. The fidelity and trueness of sound (not tot mention the potential volume) has to be heard to be believed. Check out Cambridge SoundWorks www site.
