Speakers cannot get any Sound

I brought new speakers all turned on / plugged into right sucket/ No sound coming from any thing /I treid like News or emails for sound a;ll Dial are high everything I know on computors checke

Shen, go to Control Panel>Sound and Audio Devices. Look in there for any
adjustments you can make.
Click on all the Advanced Tabs and make sure no mute box is checked.
