Speaker problem

This is a little off-topic, but I can't find a Logitech newsgroup. I have
the Logitech Z-560 speaker system and they have worked great for a year and
a half until recently. The volume knob doesn't make good contact - when I
turn the volume knob if I don't turn in just right, the speakers make real
loud popping noises while adjusting the volume. (The volume knob is loose.)
I was curious if anybody new where to go to get the SoundTouch Control
Center because that's the part that needs to be replaced. It's a nightmare
to find information on Logitech's website - the only thing I could get was a
phone number. It's pathetic because I think Logitech doesn't even have an
e-mail address. I've done a little bit of googling. If anybody has any
idea of where to go to get the replacement and how much it would cost, let
me know please. Thanks in advance...

I don't have a direct answer for you, but perhaps you should check with
the store where you bought the speaker system. They should have a way
of replacing failing parts.
